Restaurant owner Manuel Muñoz & his family celebrated their groundbreaking of Carpaccio’s Ristorante on Saturday, March 3. Also in attendance was Oakley Mayor Kevin Romick and Council Members. Representatives from Kahn Design Associates, Ascent Builders, and the Oakley Chamber of Commerce were also on hand.
