Clean Water Fee Voted Down in 18 of 19 Cities

Lisa Vorderbrueggen of the Contra Costa Times provided a nice update on how miserable the Clean Water Initiative did and its not pretty. Below is a breakdown by city of how the votes turned out.

Oakley had a vote of just 33.3 % in favor while 66.7% opposed which included the City Council who voted no on its city owned parcels.
