3.3       Adopt a Resolution Opposing the Elimination of the Department of Boating and Waterways in the State Budget (Nancy Marquez, Assistant to the City Manager)

3.4       Adopt a Resolution Approving an Agreement with Dillon Electric, Inc. for On-Call Services and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Said Agreement (Jason Vogan, City Engineer)
